Level 2 IT Technician – Managed Service Provider (MSP)Location: Bloomington - On-site • Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled Level 2 IT Technician to join our MSP team. You’ll handle escalated support tickets, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide outstanding service across multiple client environments. This role suits someone experienced in IT support who enjoys variety, multitasking, and solving problems fast.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle escalated issues from Level 1 technicians and manage tickets through to resolution.Troubleshoot and support workstation operating systems, networking, and remote access.Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and user accounts.Use RMM/PSA tools (ConnectWise, Datto, Atera, Kaseya Tools, etc.) for monitoring and support.Communicate clearly with clients and document work accurately.Assist with various service automation, workstation deployment, network setup, M365 user and security setup, and onboarding/offboarding.Requirements2–4 years of IT support experience (MSP preferred).Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN).Experience using remote support and ticketing systems.Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.Bonus Skills:PowerShell scripting, Intune/Azure AD experience.Knowledge of firewalls, VLANs, or backup solutions.Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, CCNA, ITIL).What We OfferCompetitive pay and benefitsOngoing training and certification supportOpportunities for career growth within a fast-paced MSPSupportive, team-focused environmentJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceWork Location: In person
