We are working with a large, multi-state healthcare services organization is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead its accounting and financial reporting functions. The company operates a network of service locations across several states and provides centralized administrative and operational support to affiliated providers.Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will oversee all core accounting operations, ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting, and help strengthen processes and internal controls as the organization continues to grow. This role offers significant visibility with executive leadership and the opportunity to help drive financial infrastructure and operational excellence across a complex, multi-entity environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Operations & Financial ReportingLead day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial close processes.Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages in accordance with U.S. GAAP.Ensure strong internal controls and consistent accounting policies across the organization.Leadership & Team ManagementManage and develop the accounting organization, including assistant controllers, staff accountants, treasury, accounts payable, and offshore resources.Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and professional development.Audit, Compliance & TreasuryCoordinate the annual external audit process and manage relationships with external auditors.Review corporate tax filings prepared by external advisors.Oversee treasury operations, including preparation and monitoring of a rolling cash flow forecast.Strategic Initiatives & Process ImprovementPartner with the CFO and executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives and special projects.Lead accounting considerations for complex technical matters including lease accounting and revenue recognition.Support ERP implementations and financial systems upgrades designed to improve scalability and reporting efficiency.QualificationsRequiredCPA license required.Prior Controller experience in a multi-entity / multi-location organization .Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and technical accounting .Demonstrated leadership experience managing accounting teams and full accounting operations.PreferredExperience within healthcare services, provider networks, or other multi-site service organizations.Experience with lease accounting (ASC 842) and/or revenue recognition (ASC 606).Experience supporting ERP implementations or financial system upgrades.Why This Role Is CompellingHighly visible leadership role reporting directly to the CFO.Opportunity to oversee accounting for a large, complex multi-location platform.Hybrid schedule with flexibility on in-office days beyond the required Monday.Competitive compensation with bonus potential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
