The candidate will be responsible for supporting critical data integration platforms, troubleshooting data issues, monitoring data pipelines, coordinating with business and technology teams, and ensuring timely resolution of production incidents.Key Responsibilities• Provide onsite support for data integration and data warehouse applications.• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to ETL processes and data pipelines.• Analyze data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.• Support daily, weekly, and monthly batch processing activities.• Coordinate with business users, offshore teams, and vendors for issue resolution. • Validate data loads and reconciliation between source and target systems.• Monitor job scheduling and workflow execution using Control-M.• Perform SQL-based data analysis and troubleshooting.• Develop and maintain Unix Shell scripts to automate support activities.• Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and incident management processes.• Participate in release deployments, validation, and post-deployment support.• Prepare operational documentation, runbooks, and support reports. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.Required Technical Skills ETL & Data Integration• Neoxam DataHub (Preferred)• Informatica PowerCenter/IDMC• ETL Development or Support Data Engineering & Analytics• Databricks• Data Warehousing Concepts• Data Analysis and Reconciliation • SQL (Intermediate to Advanced) Scheduling & Monitoring • Control-M Job Scheduling• Batch Monitoring and Workflow Management Operating Systems & Scripting• Unix/Linux Administration• Shell Scripting Production Support• Incident Management • Problem Management• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)• Change & Release Management• Application Monitoring Preferred:• Investment Management / Asset Management• Insurance / Capital Markets • Financial Data ProcessingWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
