(Microsoft excel, word, and MS Project skills are a must)\n· Oversee contractor safety on the jobsite, and proactively plan all safety elements of the construction work.\n· Coordinating, organizing, planning, and prioritizing work with multiple contractors to maintain schedule / budget.\n· Rating Construction Contractor performance on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and Environmental.\n· Monitor construction budget, timely process Requisitions and Field Change Orders.\n· Requirements:\nRequired Skills -\n· Problem solving, time management, technical communication. Strong skill needed to work around unplanned problems. Maintain a safe work environment during all activities.\n· Ability to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts as typical work is conducted on non- production times.\n· Experience in construction environment, with previous history in project management / supervision of large-scale schedule driven activity.\n· General Mechanical knowledge of large machinery in an industrial environment.\n· Working knowledge of basic electrical for the ability to check breakers, understand voltage, etc.\n· Schedule of manpower and understanding of overall schedule for large job completions.\n· Experience in the construction trades.\n· Strong background in construction project management.\n· Safety management experience.\n· Microsoft excel, word, and MS Project skills are a must\nDesired Qualifications-\n· BS in engineering preferred but not mandatory with the right experience.\n· Previous automotive safety or construction experience.\n· Previous skilled trades experience a plus.
