While this is a remote role, if you reside within 25 miles of a DXC office, you will be expected to work onsite at least two days per week.OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Professional – Healthcare & Consumer Retail to drive new business and account growth across the Healthcare and Consumer Retail sectors. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for DXC's consulting, digital transformation, cloud, data, and application services. You will partner closely with client executives and DXC account teams to originate opportunities, shape solutions, and close strategic deals.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business development within Healthcare and Consumer Retail accountsDevelop and execute account and territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and bookings targetsBuild and maintain trusted relationships with client executives and key decision makersOwn and manage a qualified sales pipeline and progress opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, including qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closeIdentify and pursue net new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationshipsCollaborate with client partners, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop differentiated proposals and winning solutionsLead complex deal discussions, including commercial structuring, negotiation, and contract closureMonitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to support account growth strategiesQuota / ScopeManage and deliver against an annual quota typically in the range of $5M–$25M, depending on territory and assigned accountsBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with bookings and revenue targetsSupport territory and account growth strategies within the Healthcare and Consumer Retail portfolioBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience8+ years of enterprise technology or consulting sales experienceExperience selling into Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Consumer Retail industriesDemonstrated success in new logo acquisition and expanding strategic enterprise accountsProven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue or bookings targets in complex solution-based selling environmentsExperience selling digital transformation, consulting, cloud, or application servicesExperience managing long enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision makersExecutive presence with the ability to influence and engage C-suite business and technology leadersAbility to build a pipeline, originate opportunities, and close strategic dealsCore Skills & AttributesStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to run structured discovery and articulate business/technical value clearlyNegotiation and deal orchestration skills; comfortable coordinating multiple teamsStrong pipeline discipline, forecasting, and CRM hygieneWork Environment / EligibilityRemote role with travel as neededMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futureDisability AccommodationsIf you are an individual with a disability, a disabled veteran, or a wounded warrior and you are unable or limited in your ability to access or use this site as a result of your disability, you may request a reasonable accommodation by contacting us via email.
