Powering automation through AI and analytics, IntelePeer provides industry-leading time-to-value and rapid time to improved customer experiences with solutions that work seamlessly with existing business software and infrastructure.\nWhat we are looking for:\nWe are looking for a DevOps Engineer to manage our infrastructure and applications across multiple Data Centers and Public Clouds. This role will work with other team members to provide reliable system infrastructure via internal and Public Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, AZURE).\nResponsibilities:\nBuilding, maintaining, securing, and monitoring infrastructure in a Hybrid Cloud.\nParticipate in after-hours deployments and maintenance activities including a monthly on-call rotation as needed.\nIdentify manual processes that can be automated.\nCollaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers and IT professionals to guarantee smooth deployment, automation, and management of software infrastructure.\nAct as technical escalation point for other Teams.\nProvide well-written documents via Atlassian Jira and Confluence.\nMaintain existing Chef Automation infrastructure with cookbooks lifecycle.\nWork on the creation of scalable CI/CD pipelines for different applications and environments.\nPlan and support proactive maintenance and patch management when required.\nMonitoring ticket queues for change control, incidents, and service requests.\nLess than 20% travel required for IT Infrastructure installation and maintenance.\nRequired qualifications:\nExperience in Linux Administration\nExperience in scripting (bash shell, Python)\nExperience using Git and Gitlab CI/CD tools.\nExperience with Monitoring/Observability stack with Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, ELK, Opsgenie.\nExperience with Virtualization and Cloud based technologies such as VMware, KVM, AWS, GCP, Azure.\nExperience with Configuration Management tool such as Chef Automation.\nDeep knowledge of TCP/IP stack.\nKnowledge of databases engine such as MySQL/MariaDB and MongoDB.\nExperience with management of Docker containers.\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills.\nExperience with ML Ops, DevSecOps.\nExperience with Event Driven Architecture, like Apache Kafka or similar pub/sub\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant certifications.\nAt least two years related experience required.\nWhy you'll love it here:\nUnlimited Paid Time Off\nPaid Holidays\nCompetitive medical, dental & vision insurance for employees and their dependents\n401K Retirement Plan\nStock Options\nCompany-paid life insurance, voluntary short-term and voluntary long-term disability\nHealth & Flexible Savings Accounts\nCellphone, gym, and internet reimbursement\nPaid Parental Leave\nTuition Reimbursement\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nFree snacks (Denver, and or Fort Lauderdale)\nFun events (virtual and in-person)\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.\nWe are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.\nAny requests to exercise your rights as a data subject under GDPR should be submitted to infosec@intelepeer.com for prompt processing.
