Uses knowledge of numerous policies and procedures as it applies to Non-Appropriated Fund employee management to give guidance and answer questions. Reviews documents received from management for correctness, returning for action if incorrect. Completes employment verification forms, unemployment records and other pertinent documents requested/required by outside agencies. Maintains office files and records to include Official Personnel Folders. Will purge/shred files and documents as required by policies/procedures. Will utilize multiple systems within the HR office to complete duties assigned. Will be required to assist with special projects and records audits.
