Job Description Job Title: Buyer Purchasing 2Location: East Peoria IL/Morton IL-HybridSchedule: 7:30 to 4:00 pm (flexible), hybrid 3 days office 2 days remoteDuration: 12+ months contract (possible extension and conversion)Pay rate: $25.50/hrDescription:Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes.Skills:Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals and other technical data. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing. Knowledge of supply chain management.
