RN - Emergency Department Acute Care

This role offers the opportunity to work in a Critical Access Hospital with advanced trauma and cardiac care designations, serving a diverse rural community.About the RoleUnder the guidance of the Emergency Department Director, the RN delivers comprehensive nursing care using sound judgment and clinical knowledge. The position requires adherence to state nursing regulations and hospital policies, with a focus on patient safety, privacy, and effective communication.Education and ExperienceGraduation from an accredited nursing program is required.Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.At least one year of emergency room nursing experience is preferred.Charge nurse experience is a plus.Licenses and CertificationsCurrent and unrestricted state nursing license.Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications are required.TNCC certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
