This is a great opportunity for a dependable, hard-working team member who takes pride in maintaining the overall appearance of a property and creating a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests.\n\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys outdoor work, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of curb appeal in an apartment community.\n\nJob Details:\n\n* Pay: $19 / hr. + DOE\n* Position Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire\n* Location: Conroe, TX 77385\n* Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n* Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the grounds, breezeways, parking areas, and common areas\n* Pick up trash and debris throughout the property\n* Assist with the exterior upkeep of buildings and community grounds\n* Help preserve curb appeal through detailed and consistent groundskeeping and porter duties\n* Remove trash, debris, and pet waste from common areas as needed\n* Assist with general property cleanup and outdoor upkeep\n* Support common area cleanliness and overall community appearance\n* Work with the maintenance team and property manager to prioritize daily responsibilities\n* Support additional porter and grounds duties as assigned\n\nQualifications:\n\n* Previous groundskeeper, porter, janitorial, landscaping, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred\n* Multifamily apartment industry experience is a plus\n* Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus\n* Pool maintenance experience is a plus\n* CPO certification is helpful\n* Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team\n* Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions\n* Strong work ethic and attention to detail required\n* Must be able to provide valid identification, proof of authorization to work in the United States, and complete the application and interview process\n* Must be able to pass a criminal background check.\n\nWhy Apply with Hire Priority Staffing\n\n* Competitive pay\n* Fast interviews and quick placement\n* Access to opportunities with leading apartment communities\n* Support from a team focused on helping you succeed\n\nApply now and be available for an immediate interview.
