This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, driving process improvements, and working in a fast-paced, cutting-edge manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate has experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, thrives in a cleanroom environment, and is passionate about continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, program, operate, and maintain die attach equipmentIndependently run production lots while ensuring quality and process compliance.Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot die attach programs and dispense patterns.Monitor production schedules and manufacturing priorities to support operational goals.Perform critical process measurementsTroubleshoot equipment and process-related issues to minimize downtime.Support product disposition activities and root cause investigations.Create and maintain process documentation, reports, and build records.Assist in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and yield enhancement.Serve as a technical resource between engineering and manufacturing teams.Train and support production operators on equipment and process best practices.Support advanced packaging initiativesContribute to Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to improve overall line performance.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.2+ years of technician experience, including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or manufacturing support.Ability to work in a semiconductor cleanroom environment while wearing required protective equipment.Preferred QualificationsAssociate's degree or higher in a STEM-related discipline.Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.Prior process technician experience.Experience supporting advanced manufacturing or production equipment.$22/hr to $31/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one ofemployment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
