This role ensures guests receive high-quality drinks, accurate service, and an enjoyable bar experience.\nThis is a tipped, non-exempt position that interacts directly with guests and works closely with the restaurant team.\n\nEssential Functions\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.\nAs a Bartender, you will:\nGreet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience\nPrepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards\nVerify guest age and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies\nMaintain knowledge of menu items, beverages, and promotions to assist guests effectively\nAccurately take orders and process transactions using the point-of-sale system\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies\nMonitor guest behavior to ensure a safe and responsible environment\nCollaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service\nRestock bar supplies and maintain inventory levels as needed\nFollow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious bartending or restaurant experience preferred\nKnowledge of alcoholic beverage preparation and service standards\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nReliable, punctual, and team-oriented\nFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays\n\nCompensation\nPay Range: $13.00 per hour – $15.00 per hour\nThis position may receive tips in addition to base pay where applicable.\nActual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.
