This includes unloading shipments, organizing items within the warehouse, and maintaining an organized inventory. The Material Handler, Unloader is a key player in the initial stages of the warehouse workflow, contributing to overall operational efficiency.\n\nAdditionally, the position includes the task of adhering to strict safety protocols, conducting regular equipment inspections, and promptly addressing any issues to maintain a secure working environment.\n\nDescription\nSafely unload inbound shipments and transfer products to designated storage locations\nOrganize and stack merchandise efficiently in the appropriate areas\nVerify the accuracy and condition of both inbound and outbound shipments, promptly reporting any discrepancies in quality; maintain a keen eye on quality standards.\nRetrieve and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the precise quantity and type of items are loaded and dispatched; execute picking tasks in a manner that aligns with customer service standards.\nMove products with efficiency from staging or storage areas into rail cars or trailers; streamline the loading process for swift and organized shipment.\nUtilize picker/forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
