We are seeking a Quality Process Engineer to play a pivotal role in enhancing out-of-the-box quality for our customers at our Sherman, Texas, facility. In this role, you will monitor key performance indicators, lead quality investigations, and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of quality operations. This position is ideal for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and is committed to maintaining ISO compliance while advancing long-term quality improvements.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\n\nDevelop, qualify, and continuously improve quality and manufacturing processes, procedures, and best practices; ensure adoption through effective training and communication.\nAnalyze quality data to identify trends and lead root cause analysis for internal non-conformances and customer complaints, implementing sustainable corrective actions to drive year-over-year defect reduction.\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process and productivity enhancements that increase throughput, reduce scrap and waste, and lower overall cost, including Cost of Quality (COQ).\nSupport and apply Lean principles to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and sustain operational excellence.\nServe as the primary Quality interface with Engineering, Sales, Materials, and Marketing to proactively resolve manufacturing issues and improve product and process performance.\nTrack and analyze customer complaints and internal non-conformances, developing and implementing effective countermeasures to support defect reduction and improved process capability.\nParticipate in capital planning efforts, including appropriation requests and implementation of new technologies to improve manufacturing capability and reduce non-conformances.\nSupport cost reduction initiatives, including annual savings targets, through data-driven analysis and process improvements.\nSupport and promote a strong safety culture while contributing to key operational goals, including Safety, Quality, Delivery/Lead-time, Cost/Inventory Management, and Customer Satisfaction.\nCommunicate effectively across all levels of the organization through formal and informal presentations to drive alignment and accountability.\n\nWho You Are:\n\nYou readily tackle tough assignments.
