Referees are responsible for understanding and enforcing rules and safety guidelines in a friendly and competitive environment. This is a part-time role, great for anyone who enjoys sports, and is looking for supplemental income.Responsibilities:Ensure a safe, fun, social and fair environment for all playersUnderstand and kindly and fairly enforce each sport's rulesCommunicate with the office regarding any equipment, rule issues, player issues, etc.QualificationsMust be 21+ years of age or olderMust have played the sport beforeMust have reliable transportation to and from field locationsWhat We Look For:People with a passion for sports and social activitiesMust value punctuality and professionalismPrior referee experience a plus, but not requiredExperience in diffusing challenging situations a plusVolo is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that proudly pursues and hires a diverse workforce.
