Key responsibilities include conducting stakeholder meetings, documentation of business requirements, coordinating with technical developers to build solutions, conducting business analysis of technical solutions to meet stakeholder requirements, extensive customer engagement, and designing, developing, testing, implementing, and sustaining Power Platform solutions.\n\nThe selected candidate will perform project manager/senior business analysis and Power Platform developer functions and lead a diverse team of technical support personnel. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:\nServe as the primary liaison, embedded in the customer organization, with MilTech Solutions for all services and products\nHave a detailed understanding of and visibility across all products and services and how they are being utilized within the MilTech customer base\nUtilize traditional agile project management methodologies to lead and participate in customer efforts. Act as Scrum Master to help facilitate customer meetings\nDevelop information, analysis of alternatives, recommendation, decision, and status update briefings to the customer including senior government and military leadership\nPerform analysis based on business requirements and detailed examination of solutions available in the MilTech portfolio, across the MilTech customer base, and other sources\nMeet with customers regularly to translate business needs into development requirements, and work with internal MilTech divisions to implement requirements as needed\nCoordinate all internal MilTech activities as an advocate for the customer, providing a single face to the customer across all capability sets\nTrack MilTech and customer project efforts\nProvide regular detailed project information on performance and schedule to stakeholders\nMeet with customers regularly to ensure products are being used effectively and develop methods to increase usage and positive mission impact and return on investment across all capabilities\nUnderstand Knowledge Management principles of tacit and explicit knowledge collection techniques to best advise customers\nUnderstand statutory records management and policy in order to assist the customer implement and sustain the Army Records Management functions\nProvide Microsoft SharePoint Online (SPO) support and content management support\nPrepare technical papers, assessments, and implementation plans in response to specific project requirements that include processes and procedures\nLead the team of developers and dedicated support specialists assigned to the customer organization\nSupport development and delivery of data visualizations, Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate solutions\nDirect engagement with customers to define project requirements and manage customer expectations\nDesign, build, and maintain model-driven/canvas Power Apps to support and enhance program and organization operations.\nDesign and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power\nAutomate to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity.\nAuthor and contribute to technical documentation\nUser acceptance testing (UAT)\nREQUIREMENTS:\nActive or Current Secret Clearance\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) management, knowledge management, business analysis, or related field\n3-5 years Power Apps development and delivery experience\n1-5 years of Power Automate experience focusing on business process automation\nAdvanced SharePoint Online (SPO) experience with proven understanding of how SharePoint fits into the ecosystem of M365\nAbility to influence stakeholders, negotiate acceptable solutions, and deliver qualified results\nDemonstrated track record of following through on commitments\nProven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, manage changing customer priorities, and transition between multiple tasks\nExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skills\nExperience with Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint Online (SPO), One Drive, and Teams\nExceptional analytical, innovative, and conceptual thinking skills\nExcellent documentation skills\nExperience creating detailed reports and giving presentations\nCompetency in Microsoft Office applications\nHistory of supporting successful projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.\nProven experience in information security awareness and practices required by the DoD and/or Army\nFamiliar with Agile development methodologies Professional experience supporting project management and solution delivery to DoD organization\nProven ability to participate in the analysis of IT and business issues\nStrong written and verbal communications skills\nDemonstrated experience with project management in a leadership role\nAbility to report on site at the customer location in Orlando, Florida\nFoundational knowledge (with some experience) in Power Pages, Dataverse, Premium Capacities\nUnderstanding of UX/UI principles\nIntermediate to Advanced experience and understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of tools\nCOMPTIA Security + certification (Certification preferred upon hire but must be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)\nComputing Environment (CE) relative to the position (EX: Microsoft Power Platform 200, 300, or 400 other related certifications can be considered) -
