This role requires a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. The Assembler supports production goals by performing standardized tasks and may rotate through various assembly operations.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\nPerform entry-level mechanical or basic electronic assembly work following work instructions, blueprints, and verbal guidance.\nUse basic hand tools and measuring devices such as rulers, calipers, or micrometers.\nAssist with kitting, packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipping or testing.\nParticipate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.\nPerform visual inspections of work to identify obvious defects.\nReport any issues or variances to the supervisor.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat sets you apart:\nQuick learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.\nWillingness to develop new skills and grow within the manufacturing environment.\nAble to follow instructions, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.\nDependable and punctual with good teamwork and communication skills.\nQualifications:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required.\n0–1 year of assembly or related manufacturing experience preferred.\nBasic math skills and ability to read decimal charts.\nAbility to lift up to 30 lbs, with mechanical assistance for heavier materials.\nBasic computer literacy.\nCompetencies:\n\n. Collaboration\n\n. Flexibility\n\n. Attention to Detail\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nHearing: Adequate to perform job duties in person, over the telephone, and in office setting.\n\nSpeaking: Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone, and on the production floor.\n\nVision: Visual acuity Eyesight 20/25 with or without correction. Will be required to take and pass a color blindness test for visual inspections. Work on computer for long periods of time.\n\nOther: May require lifting and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds unassisted, including assisting co-workers when required. Adequate physical ability including sufficient manual dexterity to perform the requisite duties.
