The role focuses on developing practical, code-compliant MEP designs, coordinating with architecture and construction teams, supporting construction and commissioning, and managing client technical requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead MEP design and coordination for commercial, industrial, and ground-up projects.\nPrepare and review engineering calculations, equipment selections, layouts, and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.\nDesign HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems in compliance with codes and client requirements.\nCoordinate BIM/Revit models with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure integration.\nDevelop specifications, bid packages, and scope documents; review submittals and shop drawings.\nProvide construction support, site visits, contractor coordination, and resolve RFIs/field issues.\nMonitor MEP budgets, schedules, costs, and change orders with project teams.\nSupport commissioning and startup activities to validate system performance and compliance.\nMentor junior staff, perform QA/QC reviews, and provide technical guidance.\nCommunicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders; prepare reports and presentations.\n\nQualifications\n\nProven experience designing, coordinating, and supporting MEP systems.\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.\n5+ years of MEP design/construction experience in commercial, industrial, or ground-up projects.\nPE license preferred; EIT or active PE pursuit considered.\nProficiency in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.\nStrong HVAC design knowledge, including load calculations, equipment selection, and controls.\nExperience with plumbing and fire protection system design and applicable codes.\nElectrical design experience or ability to coordinate electrical scopes.\nBackground as an MEP Project Manager, Project Engineer, or MEP Engineering Manager is a plus.\nKnowledge of CAD standards, construction documentation, budgeting, and cost tracking.\nExperience with commissioning, construction, procurement, submittal reviews, and large-scale projects is a plus.\n\nCandidates who Fill out the Skills and Questions will be first reviewed!\n\nBenefits\n\nFull Benefits Included\n\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
