The ideal team member for CSTG is a person who can deliver advanced AI solutions in a modern way while leveraging cloud-native experimentation, training, and testing and has a passion for solving real-world business problems through innovative use of ML, AI, and Generative AI. The primary focus of an ML/AI Engineer is to help our clients build reliable, performant, and scalable solutions to help drive our customers' businesses forward.\r\nJob Summary\r\nHands-on development and data engineering\r\nParticipate in development and team meetings lead by project manager or scrum master\r\nWork in a blended environment with client and other CSTG team members\r\nAchieve required certifications\r\nLeads the delivery of technical implementations for a specific technical domain\r\nHas depth of technical knowledge\r\nResearches and evaluates a variety of mainstream and emerging technologies\r\nCaptures functional and non-functional requirements for a specific task\r\nBuilds and communicates designs in a manner for others to follow\r\nEnsures technical soundness and quality for a solution\r\nIn conjunction with Delivery Manager, participates in technical planning and project estimation\r\nCollaborates and communicates well with technical team members\r\nLead code review sessions to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability\r\nDemonstrated ability to coach and mentor individuals\r\nStrong ability to embrace ambiguity\r\nAlways a team player.
