Job DescriptionThe Encore Resort Brunch Bus Person is responsible for supporting front-of-house operations by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in a vibrant resort brunch setting at Wynn Las Vegas. This role assists servers and contributes to a seamless guest experience by maintaining dining areas, resetting tables, and ensuring service readiness.The Bus Person plays a key role in delivering a positive guest experience by supporting the service team and maintaining the restaurant's overall presentation and flow.Key ResponsibilitiesDining Room SupportClear, clean, and reset tables promptly and efficiently in accordance with service standardsSupport servers by maintaining table readiness and assisting with guest needs as directedEnsure all tables are properly set with glassware, silverware, and condiments prior to seatingMonitor dining areas to maintain cleanliness and readiness throughout serviceGuest Experience SupportProvide friendly, professional interactions with guests while assisting with service needsRespond promptly to guest requests or direct them to the appropriate team memberMaintain awareness of dining room flow to anticipate and support guest serviceContribute to a welcoming, clean, and comfortable dining environmentOperational EfficiencyAssist with stocking service stations, including napkins, utensils, glassware, and other suppliesMaintain side stations and service areas to ensure the team has necessary tools availableSupport opening, running side work, and closing duties as assignedCommunicate with servers, hosts, and management to support efficient operationsCleanliness & PresentationMaintain cleanliness of dining room tables, floors, chairs, and service areasEnsure all areas meet Wynn appearance and cleanliness standardsPerform immediate cleaning tasks to preserve the guest experience during serviceFollow all sanitation and hygiene standardsTeam CollaborationWork closely with servers, hosts, runners, and management to ensure smooth service flowAssist team members as needed to support overall restaurant operationsContribute to a positive, team-oriented work environmentCompliance & Brand StandardsAdhere to all Wynn policies, service standards, and grooming guidelinesFollow all health, safety, and sanitation requirementsMaintain professionalism and represent Wynn brand standards at all timesQualifications: QualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not requiredExperience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment a plusCandidates must be at least 21 years of ageKnowledge & SkillsStrong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organizationTeam-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsAbility to remain efficient and professional under pressureLicenses & CertificationsMust be able to obtain and maintain all required work cards and licensesWork EnvironmentBrunch-focused restaurant within a luxury resort settingFast-paced environment requiring continuous movementRequires ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shiftsFlexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAdditional InformationWynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
