As our first ML hire, you'll play a critical role in designing the foundations of our ML infrastructure, influencing data tooling decisions, and building a team of high-impact engineers.You'll work directly with the Director of Data, AI, and ML and partner closely with engineering and product leadership. Your impact will shape both the technical direction of our ML systems and the culture of our growing team.Duties/ResponsibilitiesDesign and build a modern ML platform for batch training and inference, and migrate legacy models to this platform.Architect and implement a robust ML experimentation platform to support rapid iteration and evaluation of new ideas.Work closely with domain experts and data scientists to develop and productionize ML models.
