IT Associate
Department: ITLocation: Raleigh, NCDescriptionMurphy’s Naturals is seeking a reliable and service-oriented IT Associate to support day-to-day technology operations across the organization.This role is primarily focused on IT support, troubleshooting, equipment management, and maintaining system reliability for our team. You will be the first line of support for technical issues and a key partner in ensuring employees have the tools they need to work effectively.While this role includes exposure to systems improvement and light automation, the core responsibility is keeping our people and technology running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to IT requests and provide first-level support to team membersAssist with equipment setup and management (computers, cameras, etc.)Help troubleshoot basic network and hardware issuesManage phishing campaigns and cybersecurity statuses/policiesOrganize and maintain IT inventory and documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvementsDevelop automations and scripts in NetSuite and other systemsTest and provide regular updates to machines, servers, and equipmentEducation & ExperienceQualificationsExperience Level: Associate; 0-2 years related experienceExperience with Certified B Corporations or sustainability programs is a plusProficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft SuiteExperience with languages and formats such as Javascript, HTML, SQL, JSON, and LiquidGeneral understanding of networking, VPN and firewall configurations, API requests, and data entryThe ideal candidate should have:Strong organization and documentation skillsStrong Interest in IT support, technology, and troubleshootingThe kind of confidence that says they are open to taking risks, trying new things, and open to new ideasA team player mindset who is willing to jump in wherever and whenever (position may require occasional, brief work on weekends)The ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced “start-up” environmentThe ability to take an idea to an executable, creative deliverableA knack for organization, time management, and prioritizing tasksExcellent interpersonal communication skills and people development mindsetA positive, “get it done” attitudeBoth proactive and reactive tendencies when responding to issues or correctionsBenefitsHealth & WellnessComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceMental health support through EAPFinancial Future401(k) retirement plan with 3% employer Safe Harbor contributionTime to Recharge3 weeks (120 hours/15 days) PTO in 1st year of employmentUp to 12 weeks paid parental leaveCommunityQuarterly paid company-wide volunteer opportunities
