The position requires broad knowledge of compensation practices, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business to achieve operational and strategic results.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nIndependently administer compensation programs and policies, including base pay, incentive, and equity, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.\r\nConduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using internal and external data sources; provide strategic recommendations to ensure competitiveness and equity.\r\nSupport the preparation and execution of the annual compensation planning cycle (merit, bonus, equity).\r\nDevelop and present compensation reports, dashboards, and insights to support People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders in making informed decisions.\r\nProvide compensation guidance to business partners on job offers, promotions, internal movements, and pay program design.\r\nMaintain and refine job architecture frameworks, ensuring alignment of job levels, titling, and market benchmarks across functions and geographies.\r\nParticipate in and help interpret compensation surveys; identify trends and recommend process or policy enhancements to strengthen compensation practices.\r\nCollaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve complex compensation issues that may require explanation, interpretation, or negotiation.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.\r\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant compensation or HR experience, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and scope.\r\nStrong expertise in market pricing methodologies, compensation tools, and HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred).\r\nProven ability to independently manage moderately complex projects and assignments.\r\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.\r\nEffective communication and influencing skills, including the ability to explain compensation concepts to different teams.\r\nStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.\r\nTravel Requirements\r\nMinimal, infrequent travel\r\nSalary Range\r\nAnnual salary range for this position is between $59,500.00 - $80,325.00 gross before taxes.\r\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\r\nEOE M/F/Vet/Disability.
