We put in long hours and hard work to solve this.\n\nAbout the role\nTAR vertically integrates the physical hardware of an off‑grid power plant: racking, structures, enclosures, and the mechanical systems that hold a GW‑scale campus together in the West Texas environment. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you design that hardware and drive it from concept to mass production. You own parts from the first Fusion sketch through detailed drawings, material selection, DFM, and vendor handoff, designing for extreme heat, high winds, dust, and the speed of our deployment timelines.
