Job Description & Skill Requirement:Bachelor's degree in electrical / Energy / Systems Engineering8–15 years of experience in technical service operations or grid / energy systems and Project management/Program managementStrong capability in handling complex incidents, service escalations, and root cause analysis and stakeholder communication.Experience creating and guiding team for maintaining KDB articles, runbooks, and operational workflowsProven ability to lead KPI governance, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives along with team.Strong stakeholder management skills including utilities, vendors, and internal engineering teams.Experience supporting SLA management, contract reviews, and service renewalsDemonstrated ability to train and mentor Tier‐1 and Tier‐2 support engineersQualification:Bachelor's degree in electrical / Energy / Systems Engineering
