Contact Center Representatives must exhibit positive behaviors and excellent communications skills. They need to be committed to achieving their predetermined goals while working within the framework of the Contact Center policies.ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls to assist new and existing patients with scheduling, canceling and rescheduling appointments for dental examinations and/or dental treatmentDemonstrate excellent telephone skills while making outbound telephone calls to Dental Offices, and to Dental Office patientsRespond to patient appointment requests from various Dental Offices websitesAbility to handle inbound calls while navigating multiple systems of recordAccurately schedule appointments utilizing predetermined dental office scheduling proceduresResponsible for verifying patient insurance coverage to ensure eligibilityEffectively and accurately send correspondence emails to Dental Offices Learn, and actively participate in The Perfect Patient Experience by demonstrating a positive attitude and doing everything you can to ensure patients’ needs are metPass all basic guide tests pertaining to your position within 90-Days of accepting this positionAbility to handle emergency requests for treatment and/or pain managementParticipate in meetings as requiredOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma, or equivalent General Education Degree (GED)Minimum of 2 years Customer Service Experience (Call Center, Retail, Restaurant, etc.)PreferredAssociate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experienceBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAbility to multi-task across various systems of record without compromising the quality of the workExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to respond to common inquiries from patients, dental office, laboratories, pharmacies and staffSelf-motivated, reliable and capable of working independently as well as within in team environmentAbility to learn and retain detailed information regarding the various dental proceduresBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offTuition Reimbursement401KPaid time to volunteer in your local communityEligible for monthly bonusCompensation Information$17.00-$22.20 / HourlyPDS Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
