This is an exciting opportunity for successful applicants to apply their military experience to help the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence accomplish its mission of developing doctrinally founded Military Intelligence professionals.\r\nWhat You'll Do Your day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:\r\nInstruct and train personnel from prepared course materials\r\nDevelop requisite training materials, products, and documentation\r\nAssist in the process of curricula and Program of Instruction (POI) evolution\r\nAssist in keeping all aspects of course curricula current, relevant and effective according to modern tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs)\r\nAttend a variety of working groups, IPRs, and other meetings when required\r\nResponsible for all assigned contract deliverables and assignments\r\nMinimal travel required for this position\r\nOther duties as assigned\r\nRequirements and Qualifications: Demonstrated experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to 35F intelligence operations\r\nKnowledge and demonstrated experience with Military Map Reading, Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPoE), Military Symbology, targeting and the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)\r\nDemonstrated experience and ability to prepare and conduct briefings and produce analytical writing\r\nPossesses experience operating current automated Intelligence Information Processing Systems\r\nMust have 4 years of MOS operational experience as a 35F, 350F, or 35D (or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. Government agency) conducting all-source intelligence operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years\r\nMust have completed one applicable military course (i.e., ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC)\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams\r\nProficient verbal and written communication skills and familiar with the Army Writing Style\r\nAble to meet all requirements to be issued a Common Access Card (CAC)\r\nMust be a United States Citizen\r\nMust possess a minimum of an Interim Top Secret Security Clearance and be able to maintain an active Top Secret Security Clearance\r\nDesired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college\r\nInstructor certified (i.e., a Common Faculty Development Instructor Course (CFDIC) or government / military branch equivalent graduate)\r\nFour years of experience in the formulation, assessment, and execution of training requirements and alternatives (platform instruction, distance learning, blended training, interactive multimedia instruction)\r\nWe Take Care of Our People Whether you're looking to launch a new career or grow an existing one, Trideum is the type of company where you can balance great work with great life because we believe that taking care of our people is the right thing to do.
