Boyer Children's Clinic is currently seeking a Full-Time Referral & Intakae Support Specialist to join our team! Boyer provides medical, therapy, special education and family services to infants and young children with developmental delays, and their families. For more information, visit www.boyercc.org.The Referral & Intake Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for families during the Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) referral and intake process, guiding them through initial enrollment with clarity and compassion. This role works closely with multidisciplinary teams, referral partner, and families to coordinate intake appointments, manage documentation, and support timely access to services.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values meaningful, mission-driven work.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as a welcoming point of contact for families and referral sourcesReceive referrals and gather required intake informationCoordinate intake evaluation appointments and interpreter servicesFacilitate family enrollment orientations and explain ESIT services and procedural safeguardsPrepare and manage intake paperwork and enrollment documentationMaintain accurate electronic records in Raintree and the ESIT Data Management System (DMS)Connect families who are not eligible for ESIT with appropriate community resourcesCollaborate closely with Family Resource Coordinators and multidisciplinary teams to support smooth transitions into services
