Process Control Engineer
This is a Procurement Engineer role that sits at the intersection of Engineering and Supply Chain. You aren't just buying parts; you are the bridge between the design team and the manufacturers.Your main goal is to ensure that the complex Electrical and Hydraulic components for a new "Dynamic Energy Transfer" program are high-quality, cost-effective, and actually possible to build (manufacturability). You’ll review blueprints, manage Request for Quotes (RFQs), and guide suppliers through quality standards like APQP and PPAP.Education & Experience Required: Years of experience: 5-7 yearsDegree requirement: BS or BS in process, engineering, supply chain for similarDo you accept internships as job experience: NOTop 3 SkillsProject ManagementData analysis and technical proficiencyDemonstrated experience of working in a purchasing function within a manufacturing environment Additional Technical Skills (Required)Technical background, with ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and 3D CAD Models.Knowledge and application of APQPPPAPs
