The role serves as the primary liaison between government agencies and project teams while leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with project objectives.\n\nThe ideal candidate has extensive experience managing construction, facilities, and infrastructure programs, along with strong leadership, financial management, and project planning skills. Worldwide travel may be required based on program needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage complex technical programs from initiation through closeout.\nDevelop and maintain project management plans.\nCreate and manage project schedules and milestones.\nMonitor project performance, budgets, and deliverables.\nCoordinate with government stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.\nPrepare status reports and executive updates.\nReview construction drawings and technical specifications.\nDevelop conceptual cost estimates using R.S. Means.\nEnsure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.\nSupport financial tracking and program reporting.\nManage risks, resources, and project timelines.\nTravel domestically and internationally as required.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nMaster's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 10 years of experience managing technical or construction programs.\nExperience leading multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and execution.\nExperience managing project budgets and financial closeout.\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.\nExperience developing conceptual cost estimates using R.S.
