This role will assist in a Leadership and Management capacity, corporate staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, and ensuring retention efforts across multiple internal divisions in various geographical regions.Responsibilities:Assist Division Managers in effective recruiting, resume screening, interviewing and selecting talent who have demonstrated the required knowledge and experience to meet the needs of the organizationManage full cycle recruiting efforts for the organizationAdvertising job openings using various job boards, social media and specialized networksCoordinate and attend career fairs and open houses throughout various regionsDevelop and track performance benchmarks for recruitingArranges management pre-interviews and formal interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging and meals; escorting applicants to interviews as applicableUtilize applicant tracking system for recruitment reportingSupport assignments and/or projects with Human ResourcesNegotiate and manage external recruitment service contractsServe as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensure a positive candidate experienceBuild and maintain pipeline of qualified candidatesProvide insights on market conditions and compensation expectationsAlign recruiting initiatives with organizational goals and strategic plans Develop and present recruiting plans for hiring managers Attending conferences and staying current with industry trends and best practicesRequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProblem analysis and assessment capabilityAppropriate decision making when requiredPlanning and organizationAbility to establish priorities and work in a team environmentStrong relationship building skills and excellent interpersonal skillsStrong strategic thinking and influencing skillsProven ability to implement innovative recruiting strategiesAbility to analyze and interpret dataMust have 3-5 years' recruiting experienceMust be proficient in MS officeThe ability to travel 25% of the year throughout the United States is requiredBenefitsA stable and professional working environment is offered with competitive salary, excellent employee benefits, which include health and dental insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, and 401K plan.
