Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Portland, OR, for an Associate Financial Advisor at Wealth Strategy Partners. The Associate Financial Advisor will support senior advisors by assisting in preparing financial plans, conducting market research, and analyzing investment opportunities. Responsibilities will also include helping clients with retirement planning, providing portfolio recommendations, and maintaining proactive client communication to address financial goals and concerns. The role requires strong financial expertise, client management skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory servicesStrong knowledge of Finance and InvestmentsExperience or background in Retirement Planning and wealth management strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationshipsHighly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesRelevant certifications, such as CFP, ChFC, or similar, are preferredBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in a financial planning or advisory role is a plus
