We partner with top multifamily communities to provide high-quality Property Management, Leasing, and Maintenance professionals. We are currently seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused, motivated individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Leasing Agent plays a key role in driving occupancy while delivering an excellent resident experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct property tours and effectively communicate community features and amenities to prospective residentsRecord and maintain accurate prospect and leasing information in the property management systemProcess lease applications, follow up with applicants, and communicate application decisionsAssist with preparing market-ready units, including light cleaning and trash removal from vacant apartmentsAdvertise available units through online listings, marketing efforts, and outreach initiativesScreen prospective residents to ensure eligibility requirements are metCollect and accurately record security deposits, fees, and required documentationMaintain up-to-date availability and leasing reportsCoordinate move-ins and orient new residents to the communityAddress resident questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate with the property management team to meet and exceed occupancy goalsStay informed on market trends and competitor activityQualifications High school diploma or equivalent required ; some college preferredPrevious customer service experience required; leasing experience preferredGeneral knowledge of leasing and property management practicesFamiliarity with leasing or property management software is a plusExcellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and contribute as part of a teamPositive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer serviceRequirements Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsWhy Work With ASAP Personnel Competitive hourly payOpportunities with top properties across TexasCareer growth within the apartment industrySupportive and professional team environment#INDHOU
