Job DescriptionBeyou Behavior Therapy is looking for a compassionate and motivated Behavior Therapist to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.Position: Behavior TherapistPay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hourWhere And How You Can WorkIn-person sessions in Oakley, Brentwood, AntiochHome, school, and community-based settingsPart-time scheduleAvailability required: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:30 PMMinimum 10 hours per week; 15–20 hours maximum per weekWhat You’d Be Doing In This RoleYou’ll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, providing play-based therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
