In return, participants are expected to commit to two years of full-time employment with the company following successful completion of the training program.What It Takes to Be SuccessfulThis opportunity is best suited for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and serious about building a career.Qualified candidates will:Consistently show up on time and ready to workBe coachable, motivated, and eager to learn a skilled tradeDemonstrate a committed work history (multiple short-term jobs may disqualify candidates)Have at least one year of experience in a role with responsibilityBe comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and laptops (technical proficiency is required)Be able to pass a background check and drug screeningBe seeking a long-term careernot just another jobWhat You'll Be DoingDuring training and beyond, you will:Work alongside experienced HVAC professionalsLearn HVAC service, maintenance and repair skillsComplete hands-on field training while earning a paycheckWork 40 hours per week during trainingProgress through performance milestones tied to pay growthGraduate into a Maintenance Technician role upon completionPay TransparencyAfter training, Maintenance Technicians earn compensation through a combination of hourly pay, flat-rate work, and commission opportunities. Because work types and service needs vary daily, earnings may fluctuate. This pay structure allows technicians to significantly increase their income based on performance and services provided.High-performing technicians typically earn strong six-figure annual income.Attendance RequirementThe training program lasts approximately 3 months and requires perfect attendance.No pre-approved or planned absences will be permittedFailure to meet attendance requirements will result in removal from the programStop settling for jobs that go nowhere.
