We are in the people business.\r\nWe're experiencing tremendous growth; and looking to expand the best team we've ever been a part of, in an effort to better serve the people that we get to connect with on a daily basis.\r\nWhat will an Automotive B-Level Technician do?\r\nPerform a wide range of automotive repairs on all makes & models - new & old, with an emphasis on oil changes, mounting tires, and basic repairs.\r\nReview TSB's and other service recommendations and translate to customer needs.\r\nAble to diagnose & honestly assess vehicles and build an estimate of necessary repairs for most makes and models.\r\nMaintain professionalism.\r\nKeep the shop in clean, working order.\r\nComplete full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections\r\nQuickly and efficiently perform routine maintenance and service, and identify the cause of defects, and trouble-shoot and repair them using the most optimal solutions and efficiency.\r\nConferring with Reconditioning Manager and Chief Operations Officer to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and discussing work to be performed.\r\nAssist other technicians with their skills, providing technical support when needed and monitoring performance and productivity.\r\nMake sure to completely note repairs and concerns though the dealership system.\r\nTest and adjust required systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.\r\nEnsure that the shop is in excellent condition with regard to cleanliness, safety, and equipment condition, and conduct periodic spot checks to maintain high-quality service.\r\nTest-drive vehicles; testing components and systems; using equipment such as compression gauges and computerized diagnostic devices.\r\nWhat makes someone a great fit for the role? At least two years of experience as an Automotive Technician.\r\nASE certification a plus\r\nMust hold a valid driver's license.\r\nTeam-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.\r\nComputer and smartphone skills.\r\nWhat's in it for you?
