Visit our website at: www.ican-b.com\nWe are looking for Behavior Technicians in Riverside and surrounding areas!\nJob Description:\nA Behavior Technician provides direct in-home, Center (Inland Empire) and/or school-based services to children diagnosed with Autism and other related disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Behavior Technicians will:\nImplement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (i.e. DTT, NET, etc.) to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home, school, and community.\nCollect accurate & reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors\nAddress problematic behaviors in accordance with Professional Crisis Management Association\nFollow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification\nCollaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication\nPay rate: $20 - $24 per hour based on experience and education\nQualifications:\nMust have at least 18 years old/have a high school diploma to apply\n2 years college coursework in the areas of child development, special education, psychology, or related field (preferred)\nExperience working with children\nExperience working with individuals with special needs, Autism (preferred)\nDOJ Background/fingerprint clearance\nReliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance\nURGENT NEED: Availability M-F 3pm-8pm, in-home support; morning and in-center needs vary\nBenefits:\nSick Pay, Bonus Systems, Health Benefits\nMileage and drive time reimbursement\nCompany iPad\nProfessional Crisis Management (PCM) certification\nOpportunities for BCBA mentorship\nOpportunities for career advancement\nTuition reduction programs at National University\nDiscounts off Verizon, Sprint, and/or AT&T services movies (AMC, Regency, etc.), Hotels, Electronics, air flights, Car purchases, theme parks and much more!\nWho Should Apply?\nAs an entry level position we are looking for anyone interested in making a difference while working children!
