NCI is currently hiring for three full-time Program Coordinator in Eagan and Apple Valley, MN. Available shift is:\nMonday through Friday 11am-7pm\nMonday through Friday 9am-5pm\nMonday through Friday 6am-2pm\nCoordinator applicants must have the ability to be active with those served, de-escalate and re-direct in difficult situations. Duties as a Program Coordinator include, but are not limited to;\nassistance with independent living skills\nADL's\ntransportation\nmedication administration\nreport writing\nteam meetings\nhandling emergency situations\ndaily management of the location\nstaff training\nstaff supervision\nannual licensing reviews prep\nactivities\nQualifications needed include; 1 year of management experience, 2 years of experience in the field and an associates degree in the human services field or 4 years of experience in the human services field or education field working with vulnerable adults or children. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to problem solve and multi-task are also required.\nAll applicants must have a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma, a vehicle to use while on duty, pass standards for driving history and meet criteria for a DHS background study.
