Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Overview BiBi Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionateLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Clinical & TMS Technician. This role combines traditional clinical nursing responsibilities with the administration of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments for patients receiving care for depression and other behavioral health conditions. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive clinical support while delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered TMS therapy under physician supervision. Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties: Provide direct patient care including vital signs, medication administration, injections, and documentation. Assist with patient intake, assessments, and coordination of care. Support providers with clinical procedures and maintain exam room readiness. Monitor and report patient progress, concerns, and side effects to supervising clinicians. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, safety, and infection control policies. TMS-Specific Duties: Administer TMS therapy sessions according to physician-prescribed protocols. Prepare patients for treatment, including education, safety screenings, and positioning. Monitor patients during treatment for safety and comfort. Accurately document treatment sessions, progress, and any patient-reported symptoms. Maintain TMS equipment, ensuring proper calibration, cleanliness, and readiness. Qualifications Current and valid Missouri LPN license in good standing. Previous experience in a clinical setting required; behavioral health or neurology experience preferred. Strong patient care skills, with the ability to work with individuals experiencing mental health conditions. Strong organizational skills, documentation accuracy, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic. Willingness to complete specialized TMS training (provided).
