This role is designed to grow into a Diesel Technician position within 1–2 years.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMaintenance & Repairs\nPerform routine maintenance (lubrication, filters, belts, hoses)\nAssist with engine, brake, and drivetrain repairs\nSupport basic electrical work (batteries, lights, starters, alternators)\nInspection & Support\nInspect vehicles and report findings to senior technicians\nAssist with diagnostics and troubleshooting\nShop Responsibilities\nFollow shop procedures and safety standards\nMaintain a clean and organized work area\nAccurately document work performed\nWhat You Bring\n0–2 years of mechanical experience or trade/technical school training\nHigh school diploma or GED\nBasic tool set (minimum requirements apply)\nStrong work ethic and willingness to learn\nAbility to work in a team environment\nWork Environment\nThis is a hands-on shop role that includes:\nWorking with heavy equipment and mechanical systems\nFrequent standing, lifting 50+ pounds, and physical activity\nExposure to noise, heat, and shop conditions\nCareer Growth\nWe invest in our technicians and promote from within:\nApprentice?
