Carotek represents over 85 manufacturers as their process equipment distributor, representative, and repair center for pumps, blowers, heat exchangers, valves, instrumentation, IIoT, steam, hydronics and municipal products.\r\nWe offer a dynamic and exciting work environment, with competitive salaries, incentive programs, and a comprehensive benefits package.\r\nWe are actively looking for individuals to:\r\nAssemble electrical control panels, junction boxes and wire harnesses for industrial equipment.\r\nFabricate controls according to specifications, including layout and physical mounting of components to the back panel and wiring of all components.\r\nDetermine dimension and layout of back panels and enclosures.\r\nMount components to back panels and enclosures.\r\nRoute and bundle wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards.\r\nPoint to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, interfaces, and instrumentation.\r\nTroubleshoot panels as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions.\r\nMaintain red line drawing mark-ups of changes required during fabrication.\r\nCommunicate red line changes to Engineer or Team Leader for revision prior to completion.\r\nThis job operates in a warehouse-type environment, is full-time and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30p.m. Overtime work may be required as job duties demand.\r\nRequirements Must be able to read control system wiring diagrams, ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, use simple math and interpret documents, ability to convert metric to standard measurement and convert degrees to inches.
