This position will report directly to the Director of Systems and will be responsible for deploying product updates, creating product infrastructure, developing automation to support greater efficiencies across the company, and more. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering and will work with developers and engineers to ensure that software development follows established processes and works as intended.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for efficient software delivery\nAutomate infrastructure using tools like OpenTofu\nRecommend process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability.\nManage Azure environment and help identify cost optimization opportunities\nEnsure security is applied in infrastructure and deployment workflows\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.\nMaintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems\nCollaborate with developers, QA, and product teams for seamless integration\nWhat You'll Bring to the Table:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field OR relevant work experience\nProven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role\nWorking knowledge of databases and SQL\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration tools\nExperience in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and with automation software\nKnowledge of microservices and serverless architecture\nFamiliarity with Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools\nExposure to Agile and DevOps practices\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills\nWhere You'll Work: Hybrid schedule from the nearest office (Rockville, MD; Upland, CA; Trevose, PA; Charlotte, NC; Norcross, GA).
