Your work directly supports on-time delivery and product quality for the organization. This is an onsite, part-time role on the 2nd shift (Thursday–Saturday, 3:30pm–2:00am) with an initial training period that may require availability Monday–Wednesday evenings.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform routine mechanical and electromechanical testing of small parts and components per written instructions and proceduresSet up and operate test equipment (oscilloscopes, DVMs, signal generators, power supplies, frequency counters, spectrum/network analyzers) to verify circuitry and component performanceTroubleshoot analog and digital circuitry down to the micro component level and perform failure analysisReview shop travelers, route cards, schematics, drawings, and BOM-related information to confirm correct sequences and verify repairsProvide detailed written failure descriptions and root cause analysis to production and engineeringMaintain accurate documentation in a controlled (aerospace-like) environment and follow all company policies and safety rulesMaintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work nights, weekends, and additional hours as necessaryHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role1+ years of relevant experienceSecondary Certificate / High School Diploma or equivalent experienceVocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related fieldFamiliarity with electronic assembly standards, solder quality, and basic rework practicesAbility to use multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, and automated test systemsExperience with documentation in a controlled environment (aerospace experience noted)Strong electrical background with understanding of microelectronics and solid troubleshooting skillsProficient with Microsoft Windows applications; good oral and written communication and attention to detailHere's What Else Might Help You OutESD control experienceIPC certification or soldering/assembly knowledgeAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and BOM informationPay Range$15.00 - $18.08/ + 10% Shift diff/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
