This position does not support teleworking.\nWork Schedule Full‑time, flexible 9x80 schedule in the office.\nKey Activities Develop and certify supplier avionics product for the flight computer.\nParticipate in engineering reviews, EMRB hardware discrepancy decisions, and FRB as required.\nResolve test anomalies through troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.\nGenerate End Item Data Package for product certification and integrate assemblies into higher‑level assemblies.\nManage risk and identify mitigation plans to meet productivity, quality, cost, schedule, and mission success objectives.\nQualifications Experience as a responsible engineer / product lead for analog and digital electronics.\nExperience working with subcontractors and sub‑tier suppliers.\nFamiliarity with engineering processes, disciplines, and subject‑matter experts.\nExperience with failure investigation (root‑cause analysis, FRB).\nExperience supporting technical evaluation of design and requirements verification.\nExperience through different phases of aerospace electronics component development cycle.\nEffective communication skills – presentations and written.\n5+ years of professional experience.\nBasic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.\nExperience in development of analog or digital electronic circuitry.\nExperience as a responsible engineer or technical lead for analog/digital electronics.\nDesired Skills Electronics product engineering, avionics hardware certification.\nIntegration of electronics between flight systems, MGSE, EGSE, processing equipment, test fixtures.\nDevelopment of integration and test plans; support for system/subsystem integration testing, environmental and ground testing.\nPresentation skills and associated tools.\nKnowledge of subsystem/system requirements and process.\nSuccessful testing of multiple CCA types.\nMaterial Review Board (MRB) certified in at least one line of business.\nAbility to create and interpret electrical schematics.\nMissile/aerospace education or background.\nSystem performance monitoring and evaluation.\nElectrical troubleshooting skills.\nExperience with test and measurement equipment.\nFamiliarity with Mentor Graphics, ORCAD, Zuken, or comparable drawing packages.\nSecurity Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance.
