This is a high-impact role responsible for guiding projects from design through construction, commissioning, and operational handover while partnering with engineering, construction, and operations teams.\nWhat you will do:\nYou will be the Engineering Design teams eyes and voice on the ground during the construction, commissioning, energization, and turnover phases.\nProvide technical oversight for critical MEP infrastructure, including electrical distribution, HVAC, cooling systems, fire protection, and controls\nManage project schedules, budgets, risks, contractors, and cross-functional teams\nEnsure compliance with Tier III+, Uptime, NFPA, TIA, and other industry standards\nDrive operational readiness through commissioning, documentation, SOPs/MOPs/EOPs, and seamless handover to operations\nWhat We're Looking For\nEngineering Bachelor's degree\n10+ years of experience delivering mission-critical or hyperscale data center projects\nStrong knowledge of electrical and mechanical critical infrastructure systems\nExperience leading EPC/design-build contractors and multidisciplinary teams\nFamiliarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, and industry standards such as Uptime, NFPA, IEC, and TIA\nWhy This Role?\nThis is an opportunity to own large campus-scale developments, influence engineering strategy, and bridge design, construction, and operations to deliver highly reliable data center infrastructure.
