Global Trade Compliance Project SpecialistAllyn International is in search of a Global Trade Compliance Project Specialist to grow within our Trade Department in either our Fort Myers, FL location. The Global Trade Project Specialist is responsible for assisting with managing SaaS development implementation and new software development projects, and onboarding of new clients and new brokers. This role is responsible for supporting the Global Trade Compliance Director with tasks as needed, such as marketing or business development tasks. Additionally, this role supports the internal Trade Compliance team as well as external customers with regards to CIMS software usage.Position Details:Location: Fort Myers, FL or Greenville, SCPosition/Classification: Full-Time; Salaried ExemptCompensation: $48,000 to $52,000 Annual SalaryTravel: 20-30%, Capable of domestic and international travel; proper travel documentation requiredHours of Work: Regular business hours, some weekend/afterhours/weekend support may be requiredPhysical Demands: Sitting, typing, some travel involvedDrug-Free Workplace and Equal Opportunity EmployerBenefits: Remote work one day a week, paid 12 weeks maternity/paternity leave, Medical, dental, vision, basic life (paid for by Allyn), voluntary life, STD (paid for by Allyn), LTD, 401k with Company Match, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Time, Paid Holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more!Required Experience and Education:Bachelor's or equivalent college degree requiredProgram and project management experience requiredAbility to formulate and present high-level presentations and conduct trainingAbility to lead global, cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives.Ideal Candidate Skills:Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practiceMicrosoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access (advanced skills)Must be able to work independently and meet deadlinesIssue resolution experienceWritten and verbal communication skillsProblem-solving skillsEffective time management and prioritization skillsResponsibilities:Manage projects create timeline, identify key tasks and required actions, maintain meeting schedule, follow up with responsible parties to ensure tasks are completed.Manage new SaaS development projects including but not limited to the following: assist with client sessions to understand needs and parameters of the project, write and submit features to Allyn IT development team, assist with testing new functionality.Manage onboarding of new clients in CIMS including but not limited to the following: identify whether client user access is needed and provide if necessary, identify audit logic parameters as applicable, submit features to IT development team to create new business, setup audit, create new dashboards, etc.Manage onboarding of brokers into CIMS system including but not limited to the following: create and maintain an onboarding packet to be shared with brokers, set up users within CIMS, provide training on CIMS use to broker team, map data feeds to be sent to and received from broker systems, submit features to IT development team to create new business, setup FTP, etc.Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planAssist with business development, including but not limited to the following: identify market opportunities, prepare presentations for potential clients, prepare proposalsProvide support to internal and external teams regarding bugs in CIMS software, including troubleshooting and following up with Allyn IT development team to resolve issuesMeet regularly with internal team to solicit feedback and ideas regarding bugs or suggestions for system improvement.Support other projects and tasks as needed upon request from the Global Trade Compliance DirectorRun standard reports and metrics on a regular basis.
