Provide strategic oversight of platform lifecycle management, guide the adoption of best practices, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize platform enhancements, oversee platform health and performance, and mentor team members on governance and architectural principles to support successful ServiceNow operations and continuous improvement.Ensure quality expectations are defined and known across the team. Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, guarding against the accumulation of technical debt.
