If you're passionate about making a difference, this is your chance to lead financial operations for a mission-driven organization.Position Overview:As the CFO, you'll be a key leader reporting directly to the President & CEO. You will oversee all financial and operational functions, collaborating closely with the Leadership Team to ensure smooth business operations across all programs. Your role will promote high performance, continuous improvement, and strategic growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage all financial transactions, accounting records, and compliance with GAAP and state/federal regulations.Oversee financial risk management, policies, and internal controls.Lead financial planning, budgeting, and financial monitoring for the organization.Review contracts, participate in negotiations, and manage grant accounting and submissions.Provide financial analysis, projections, and accurate accounting for all funds.Serve as the Board Finance Committee chair and support capital budget planning.Lead the finance, facilities, and billing departments.Collaborate on strategic planning and oversee facilities management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Administration (CPA or MBA preferred).10+ years of senior financial administration experience, ideally within nonprofit organizations.Strong understanding of Massachusetts Commonwealth UFR requirements and compliance with A-133 audits.Excellent leadership, communication, and networking skills.Proficient with financial/accounting systems.Benefits:Health, Dental, Vision, FSA, 401K with Employer ContributionGenerous PTO and Paid HolidaysTuition Reimbursement and Remission ProgramsFree CPR/First Aid TrainingFree parking, beautiful campus, and ongoing professional growth opportunities!Ready to Apply?If you're excited about leading the financial strategy for an impactful nonprofit, we want to hear from you!
