The individual hired for this position will work as part of an engineering team to design, develop, integrate and test software features on embedded electronic controls for use in Precision Mining application with hyperspectral analysis.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPrecision mining feature development in embedded C++, Linux, GitHub\nIssue resolution through triage and troubleshooting\nAgile Sprint environment\nValidation plan development\nCoordination with a global team of machine, systems, software, and validation teams\nAbility to work effectively with a culturally diverse work group\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor's Degree or master's degree in engineering.\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience required.\nREQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:\nStrong coding in C, C++, Python\nStrong software design analysis\nCapable of expressing positions without confrontation\ngit, debuggers, and compilers\nC test and G test suites\nsystem-level feature design and specification\ndatalinks (CAN, Ethernet, etc.)\nDESIRED SKILLS:\nRobotics or autonomy\n\nWe are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and global team.
