You'll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cloud Operations, and UX teams to deliver key product and infrastructure capabilities. You'll also engage with Security, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure readiness and adoption.\nThis role reports to the SVP Engineering, AI, Analytics, Apps, and UX, and will play a key role in driving alignment between product vision and technical execution.\nYou'll collaborate with colleagues who share a commitment to leveraging AI responsibly, ensuring our people and customers benefit from the opportunities AI creates.\nWhat Makes You a Qualified Candidate\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline\n\n5+ years of experience managing software or cloud engineering programs, ideally in a global or cross-functional environment\n\nSolid understanding of software and systems architecture, development lifecycles, and cloud-based delivery models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)\n\nDemonstrated ability to deliver technical initiatives using Agile or SAFe methodologies\n\nFoundational AI skills and the ability to understand how AI can be applied to improve outcomes in your area of expertise\n\nWhat You Will Bring\nYou bring a balance of technical knowledge, program leadership, and strategic thinking. You are comfortable translating business goals into executable technical roadmaps and can communicate effectively across engineering, product, and executive audiences.
